2. Description of Service

PostBuddy provides:

• AI Content Generation: Create LinkedIn posts from articles and other content sources
• LinkedIn Integration: Direct posting to LinkedIn through OAuth authentication
• Content Management: Save, edit, and manage your generated posts
• Referral Program: Earn bonus post generations by referring new users
• Usage Analytics: Track your content generation and performance

3. Subscription Plans and Billing

3.1 Plan Types

• Free Plan: 5 post generations per month
• Pro Plan: 30 post generations per month
• Top Voice Plan: 90 post generations per month + YouTube transcription

3.2 Billing Terms

• Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• No refunds for partial months or unused generations

4. Referral Program

• Earn +10 post generations for each successful referral
• Referrals must upgrade to Pro or Top Voice plan to qualify
• Bonus generations are awarded one-time per referral
• Self-referrals and fraudulent activity are prohibited

5. Acceptable Use Policy

5.1 Permitted Uses

• Create original LinkedIn content for professional purposes
• Generate posts from publicly available articles and content
• Edit and customize AI-generated content before posting
• Share your referral link with your professional network

5.2 Prohibited Uses

• Spam or Mass Distribution: Creating repetitive or spam content
• Misinformation: Generating false or misleading information
• Copyright Infringement: Using copyrighted content without permission
• Harmful Content: Creating offensive, discriminatory, or illegal content
• System Abuse: Attempting to exceed usage limits or hack our systems

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our data collection and use practices are governed by ourPrivacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PostBuddy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via:

• Email notification to your registered email address
